1.1. Project Management “Maturation Assessments”
Through an in-depth assessment you’ll learn how your current skills, systems and corporate structure support or hinder the development of an improved management system. During this assessment, all stakeholders will be interviewed from top management, down to the general worker. In addition, an analysis of documents used to support your business direction, organization and communication will be provided. Additionally, observation or participation in typical work, planning or decision-making is conducted to gain greater insight into your organization.
